OUR MISSION CONSISTS:

To study facades in action and to diagnose them so as to determine needs in maintenance, by approaching the totality from sensitive points such as fissures, wall porosity , restoration need, maintenance of wood or metallic works, waterfroofing of the " loggias " and balconies, etc...
To establish a technical expert report that shows defects and gives recommendations to protect the outside of the building.
To supervise the construction and to alert on any risks.
To see the preliminary recognition study conforms to french DTU 42.1 in the case of a project of implementation of an impermeability and processing coating of fissures to basis of polymers, by accompanying it by the definition of works to envisage and to insist on sensitives points.
